The Osborne
Completed: September 2025
Reinstating the facade of a modern home, with a classic finish. Elegant and functional, the Osborne is a testament to modern living made simple through traditionally crafted joinery – what we do best. Our second project on this East London street filled with history, most homes on this road were originally built between 1870 and 1890. Developed during the Victorian era by Thomas Corbett and Sons, these double-fronted Victorian villas are characterful period terraced houses.
Knowing the history and heritage of a property is key to honouring its original glory. At Beechhall Joinery, we pioneer the marriage of modernity and classicism, restoring curb appeal and functionality with the end goal of bringing comfort, safety and value to your property.
Working alongside the homeowners to bring their vision to life, we were able to completely transform the face of their home with seamlessly fitted timber sash-windows and a statement 4-panel Victorian front door. Working with our clients, both Architects at Astrain Scheldt, was a pleasure. They contributed a thoughtful, creative, and collaborative voice to the design process, helping shape key design decisions.
