In the heart of Soho, London W1, a fully reinstated 5-storey late Georgian commercial building. This incredible project first came to us in December 2023, an exciting challenge for the New Year.
These prudent Sash Windows feature a six-over-zero panel style, now double glazed and noise-cancelling, essential in a high-traffic area like this one. On the ground floor, we are welcomed by an elegant facade; an understated neutral shop-front adorned by fully restored floral-themed cast-iron vents. The new Victorian doors sit perfectly alongside these heritage details, crowned by clerestory windows with a leaded grid design (allowing for light and privacy, and referencing Georgian minimalism).
This ever-changing commercial space honours timeless tradition through perfectly proportioned, carefully installed and elegantly functional Joinery. Crafted in Accoya® certified timber, this project evidences how style and heritage don't have to come at the expense of longevity and sustainability.
